Online Answer Center Provides Information For Dow Performance Fluids Customers

The Dow Performance Fluids Business is introducing the “Dow Answer Center” for UCON™ Fluids & Lubricants customers all over the world. The segment of the answer center devoted to lubricants will be introduced to the industry during the STLE Tradeshow in Cleveland, Ohio. The show runs May 19 – 22, 2008.
The Dow Answer Center is a dynamic knowledge database that provides answers to frequently asked technical questions, regulatory content, and other data for users of UCON™, SYNALOX™, and FLUENT-LUB™ lubricants and fluids. Users can obtain answers to over 100 frequently asked questions online and around the clock throughout the entire year.
Benefits To Dow Customers
The Dow Answer Center offers valuable time and cost savings. Dow customers can use the database to look up information and receive helpful answers. They may also subscribe to a particular answer in order to be notified when it is updated. And if the answer to your question is not there, Dow has a remedy for that as well.
Ask The Expert
When the answer to the question is not part of the database, it’s time to ask the expert. Questions can be submitted via the “ask the expert” section. Text, documents, and even photos can be submitted directly to Dow via the web site. The customer technical support center at Dow will generally respond within two business days.
